Hey! We are Stef & Makayla — friends who share a huge passion for health and fitness. We are so excited to have you in our community and join our style of training. You are going to LOVE it!
Stefany has been in the health & fitness industry for 5 years. She's a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, as well as a certified spin instructor. She was a HIIT bootcamp & spin class instructor at a boutique gym in Nashville, and has since taken her passion for all things health & fitness onto social media where she has built a community of women that she hopes to encourage and educate women on how to live a fit, healthy lifestyle. Stef has also worked with & been involved in her husband's dietary supplement company, Bare Performance Nutrition.
Makayla is a NICU nurse & athlete who has trained in just about every area of fitness! From bodybuilding to HIIT to Crossfit to her most recent endeavor as an ultra marathon runner — she's a competitive, natural athlete with a huge passion for health & fitness.
Both Makayla & Stef have the same foundation and goal when it comes to training: they need their workouts to be quick, effective, intense, and fun. With Makayla being a nurse & Stefany being a new mom, they don't have hours on end to spend in the gym like they used to...which is why they design and create workouts that are fast paced, full-body, intentional, and challenging. If you're ready to break a sweat and be challenged and pushed beyond your limits...Stef & Mak's training style is for you.

Our workouts and programs work with any level of fitness. Plus, we walk you through all exercises with easy-to-follow videos and simple written instructions. This means you'll be able to do all the moves easily, accurately, and safely.
Our workouts require basic gym equipment. A bench, dumbbells, barbell, kettlebell, mat, jump rope, resistance bands, pull-up bar, box, and med ball. Modifications can easily be made if you don't have access to all equipment.
